Every plan, including Free, includes SST tracking, withholding tax and e-invoice submission to LHDN MyInvois, including consolidated e-invoices for B2C sales. Monthly transaction allowances, Kira AI usage and storage vary by plan.

Yes. Every plan, including Free, includes all personal finance and business accounting features, with unlimited team members and accounts. This includes tax relief tracking, warranties, split bills, invoices, inventory, fixed assets, custom reports, role permissions, SST and MyInvois e-invoicing. Monthly transaction allowances, Kira AI usage and database and file storage differ. Features apply to the relevant workspace type and remain subject to each member’s permissions.

Per workspace, Free includes 50 transactions / month, Plus includes 500 transactions / month, Pro includes 2,000 transactions / month and Max includes 10,000 transactions / month. Enterprise transaction allowances are tailored to your needs. These are monthly allowances with either monthly or annual billing; paying yearly does not change the monthly transaction limit.

Free: 100 MB database storage and 250 MB file storage; Plus: 1 GB database storage and 5 GB file storage; Pro: 4 GB database storage and 10 GB file storage; Max: 20 GB database storage and 25 GB file storage; Enterprise: Custom database storage and 50 GB file storage. These allowances apply per workspace. Transaction capacity is an estimate at 10 KB per transaction including related records. Other records share the database allowance, so actual capacity varies. Database usage measures stored record content and excludes engine overhead, indexes and backups. File storage is separate. Both storage allowances are retained capacity and do not reset monthly.

Free includes Kira AI. Plus includes 2× more Kira AI usage than Free. Pro includes 3× more Kira AI usage than Plus. Max includes 3× more Kira AI usage than Pro. Enterprise usage is tailored to your needs. Usage is shared across the assistant, receipt and document processing, and other AI features, and varies by task.

Each workspace has its own plan. Prices are per workspace, with unlimited team members on every plan, including Free. There are no per-member charges. You can choose different plans for different workspaces.

Annual prices are RM150 for Plus, RM450 for Pro and RM900 for Max, charged once a year per workspace. That is 12 months for the price of 10 compared with monthly billing. The /mo figure is the annual price divided by 12, rounded to the nearest sen: RM12.50, RM37.50 and RM75 respectively. Transaction allowances and Kira AI usage still reset monthly. Database and file storage allowances are the same with either billing cycle and do not reset monthly. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include any applicable tax. Paid plans are charged to a saved debit or credit card, processed securely by our payment provider CHIP, and renew automatically until cancelled. The full amount payable is shown before you confirm.

Yes, any time from Plan & billing in the workspace. Upgrades start immediately and you pay only the prorated difference for the rest of the current period. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep your plan until then. If a renewal payment fails, we retry for three days before moving the workspace to Free; your data is kept. See our refund policy for billing errors and refund requests.
