These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of KiraDulu's website, web app and mobile apps (together, the "Services"), provided by KiraDulu Tech Solutions (MRI/BNR/707/2026). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity in your account and in any workspace you own, including actions taken by team members you invite.
2. Plans, billing and cancellation
- Each workspace has its own plan, with unlimited team members on every plan. Paid plans are billed per workspace in advance in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), either monthly or annually. Prices include any applicable tax.
- Paid plans are charged to a debit or credit card saved with our payment provider, CHIP, and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Annual plans are charged once a year; the monthly equivalent shown on our pricing page is the yearly price divided by 12.
- Each plan includes a monthly transaction allowance and Kira AI usage allowance per workspace, which reset each month, including on annual plans. Kira AI stops for the rest of the period when its allowance is used. Recording more transactions than the allowance is allowed unless we agree otherwise with you, and we may ask you to move to a suitable plan.
- You can change or cancel your plan at any time from Plan & billing in the workspace, or by emailing us. Upgrades take effect immediately and you are charged the prorated difference for the rest of the current period. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you have paid for. The amount and effective date are shown before you confirm.
- If a renewal payment fails, we retry over the following three days. If payment still fails, the workspace moves to the Free plan. Your data is kept.
- Refund eligibility, billing corrections and the request process are set out in our refund policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies available under applicable law.
- We may change our prices with at least 30 days' notice. A new price applies from your first renewal after the notice period ends.
- Enterprise plans are arranged with us directly and may be invoiced outside the app on agreed terms.

3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with other users, uploading unlawful content, or using the Services for fraud or money laundering.
4. Your data
You own the data you put into KiraDulu. You give us permission to host, process and display it only as needed to provide the Services, as described in our privacy policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.
5. Connected services
You can connect third-party accounts, such as your Gmail account, to KiraDulu. When you connect Gmail, you authorise KiraDulu to send emails from your account, but only when you choose to send them from the Services.
- You are responsible for the recipients and content of every email you send.
- If you share a connected Gmail account with your workspace, you allow other workspace members with permission to send documents to send emails from that account through KiraDulu, and you remain responsible for the account. Make it private or disconnect it if you no longer want to share it.
- Workspace owners and admins can disconnect shared accounts, and accounts are disconnected automatically when the person who connected them leaves the workspace or loses permission to send documents.
- You must follow Google's terms of service and applicable anti-spam laws, and you must not use connected accounts to send unsolicited or bulk marketing email.
- We may suspend sending from a connected account if we believe it is being misused.
- You can disconnect a connected account at any time in KiraDulu settings or from your Google account.

6. Tax and accounting responsibility
KiraDulu helps you record transactions, calculate taxes and submit e-invoices, but it does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your records and filings with LHDN, the Royal Malaysian Customs Department and other authorities.
7. AI features
AI-powered extraction and suggestions may contain errors. Please review extracted data and suggested categories or tax reliefs before you rely on them.
8. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change or remove features over time. Enterprise customers may have additional commitments under a separate agreement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, KiraDulu is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
