KiraDulu is an online accounting and personal finance software service provided by KiraDulu Tech Solutions (MRI/BNR/707/2026).
1. Digital delivery
KiraDulu is delivered electronically to your KiraDulu account. A paid plan is active on the workspace as soon as your card payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. There is no postal delivery.
2. Shipping
We do not sell or ship physical goods. Shipping fees, courier tracking, physical delivery dates and shipping regions do not apply to KiraDulu subscriptions.
3. Returns and exchanges
There is no physical product to return or exchange. For subscription cancellation, billing mistakes or refund requests, please read our refund policy. This does not limit any remedy available under applicable law.
4. Access problems
If you cannot access KiraDulu or a plan you paid for, email contact@kiradulu.com or call +60 11-2596 1120. Include your account email and a description of the problem. Never send your password. We aim to reply within one business day, Monday to Friday, Malaysia time.
